World’s Thinnest Waterproof Phone
Fujitsu has launched what it seems to be like the world’s first thinnest waterproof phone. The F703i is unfortunately not going to leave the Japanese shores so too bad world! The phone is 17.9mm thick and can be submerged into water for about 30 minutes. I wonder why the timeframe…since it’s waterproof it should be able to stay in water for an unsurmountable time. But anyway, it also boast the feature of being able to go down to 1 metre deep without much casualties.
The only question right now is, if they created the world’s thinnest waterproof phone, how come they didn’t create the world’s first water-friendly phone that allows callers to talk underwater? I mean what good is a waterproof phone if the user cannot make phonecalls underwater, eh?

The F703i also comes in a shiny casing with 2.2inch screen and 1.3megapixel camera. No word about whether it plays music or not.
